A New Neighborhood

I'm anxious to start a new stitching project so I think I'll start Little House Neighborhood by LHN. I don't have all the silks yet but I'm sure I can find someplace to get started. My friend Melody hooked me up with the pattern and yesterday my friend Teresa helped me cut the fabric. Both have been tremendously inspiring, helpful and are teaching me a lot about my new addiction! I don't have enough words to thank you both!
I'm otherwise exhausted and plan an early evening! Happy Stitches!

I just love that style of sampler! It looks like so much fun to stitch with those beautiful colors of silk.

Such a lovely stitchery! Love the colors that go to it. Is it actually silk you are using or is that how you call it?
Hope you feel less tired. Have a lovely week!

Hi Jackie,

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Your new LHN chart looks like a very ambitious project ..... love the colours of the threads and linen. It's difficult to know what to do though isn't it?! So little time, so many crafts to accomplish!!!:0)

Hi Jackie, did your stitchery kit come with a the floss in behind? That looks like hand dyed floss?

Looks like a good deal as a kit that's for sure.

This is a lovely sampler from LHN! I got into xs this year too - after approx 20 years. At that time I didn't know anything else than aida! LOL! I have purchased a few charts from LHN, thought I had more time for stitching before Xmas, but it doesn't seem like that...
